Here is the 1st of many trips to Island Park this summer. As usual we were there during the 4th of July & we also celebrated the cabin's 60th anniversary. We were joined by Culligula's parents & most of his siblings.Our Favorite Memories:
- hiking on Coffeepot Trail
- catching minnows
- Culligula fishing with Dakota & then Kes & catching a billion fish!
- the boys getting to play with their cousins every minute of the day
- spending the day in Yellowstone Pk & almost hitting a buffalo on the way home
- getting to wear our flag shirts
- watching the fireworks at West Yellowstone
- the cousin scavenger hunt
- going to the Meadow Vu rodeo & dutch oven dinner
- killing Dakota at speed
- Ja-Ja & Combi learning to shoot a bow & arrow
- the boys getting new Yellowstone shirts
- staying up every night until 3 or 4am
- getting to know Stef better

i love the photos and am glad you had a great time. did culligula tell you about the time he and i saw a black bear? or maybe a tree stump. but we think it was a bear.
it is sad to think of that cabin leaving the family. i'm glad you'll get more opportunities to go up there this summer!
